What's worse than being a ghost? Getting stuck haunting a cop

How did I die? Why am I stuck with Detective Price? And why do cats seem to hate me now? 

I don't know the answers to any of my questions, but I do know that Price is looking at the wrong suspect in his murder case. But how will I get him to listen to me? 

With the help of the one cat who still likes me, I'm going to find some answers. You can bet your afterlife on it.
